Once you master aloo gobi, try it with other vegetables to replace either the cauliflower or the potato e.g. carrots, green or red peppers, carrots, sweet potato, even rutabaga!
Serve with a hot pita, naan, or whole wheat wrap. Or it’s a perfect healthy side to hamburgers too! Also try with Yellow Tadka Dal/ Daal - lentil soup or side (spice pack available). Yogurt can help cool off.

When my daughter went away to college, she missed Indian home cooking, but didn’t want to
have to buy a ton of spices only to use a spoon occasionally. So I started giving her little spice
packs and instructions for specific dishes. Before I knew it, word spread and I had requests
from her friends and even mine. And that was the spark of a business idea.
Indian cuisine is flexible and incredibly forgiving, even if you are completely new to it. Once you
have the right natural spices from our kits (with no added salt or preservatives), you can add
any protein or vegetable to create your favorite dishes – the recipe in the package is just the
beginning of your exploration! With the many vegetable options, you can make part of the
package as vegan for your teen kids and add a different protein for the rest of the family. We
