In 2011 a bumper crop of jalapenos led us to being  introduced to jalapeno pepper jam by a dear family friend. It was love at first bite and we began handcrafting our own jalapeno jam. By the end of 2012 we began selling at local fairs and festivals, becoming fully licensed for wholesale and retail in 2016. 

From the very beginning we made a conscious decision to use quality ingredients and to not mass produce. Each jar is carefully hand crafted and inspected before being offered for sale. All of our jalapenos are sourced locally from Gresczyk Farm in New Hartford, CT. Our jam has no artificial ingredients or preservatives and is free of gluten, fat, soy, sodium, dairy and nuts. Just as we fell in love with this unique jam it is our hope that you will too.
