This is a play on salsa macha and is the first of many variations of dried chilis together with dried fruit. It is less spicy than the plain Macha so it is perfect for those with sophisticated palates that want depth of flavor but prefer a milder salsa.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, dried chili peppers, dried cherries (surgar, sunflower oil), peanuts (peanut oil, salt), sesame seeds, brown sugar, garlic, salt
