Beecher's Flagship Cheese Precut Wedge

Beecher's Handmade Cheese's signature cheese, Flagship Cheddar, was first handcrafted in November of 2003. Flagship is a cow's milk cheese with a uniquely robust, nutty flavor. It is made with pasteurized milk, and carefully aged for 15 months under the watchful eye of the cheesemakers to develop a complex flavor and dense, slightly crumbly texture.
