What started as a cookbook and catering gig turned into a large scale frozen product business, virtually overnight. Robin Jemal first turned her Dare to Be Different cookbook into a catering business and now sells her frozen products in over 200 stores. Her recipes have been tried and tested for over 10 years.
We got our start back in 2012 when Robin Jemal began creating gourmet kosher meals and treats for family and friends. Over time, the popularity of her recipes grew and grew, and she decided to launch a catering business. It was so successful, she published a cookbook (and a sequel!) of her amazing recipes.
Soon Robin's daughter Jennifer joined the team and brought new inspiration for low-carb and keto-friendly, plant-based crusts, crisps and gnocchis. The new line took off and it wasn’t long before her delicious low-carb pizzas were being carried in local grocers ... and the rest is history!
