It's with that in mind that we introduce B8, our karmafied take on cayenne red. Tangy, complex, peppery, salty and apple cider vinegar forward. Mix 50/50 with unsalted butter for the most elevated wing sauce. Good on oysters? Jambalaya? Yes and yes. Ingredients: Cayenne Pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic, fig concentrate, tamarind, onion, ancho chile, salt, celery seed. 5 fl oz. MILD.
