Directions: Mix 3/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp yogurt, and 1 egg. Stir in 1 heaping cup griddle cake mix. Let rest for 10-15 minutes so the flour absorbs the liquid. Heat griddle. Once it’s hot, add butter or oil, then batter. When bubbles form, flip and cook until golden. Serves 2-3.
