Enjoy delicious, classic cornbread made with organic cornmeals, organic ancient grains, Einkorn flour, and buttermilk. All you need is a hot skillet!
Ingredients: organic cornmeal, organic polenta, organic einkorn, baking powder, dried buttermilk, salt, baking soda

Directions: Preheat oven to 425°. Mix 2¼ cups cornbread mix with 1-1½ cups cold water & 1 egg. Let batter rest asthe oven heats. Put 1-2 tbsp oil in 8” iron skillet or bakingpan and place in oven while heating (crispy crust tip!). Pour batter into hot skillet and bake 15-17 min. For 9 corn muffins, bake 13-15 min. Serves 4-6
