Great as a snack right out of the bag, or add them directly to your favorite yogurt, oatmeal or cereal. They can also be rehydrated for use in recipes. To reconstitute add hot water to a bowl containing the freeze dried fruit, cover the bowl for 5 to 10 minutes.
Each pouch is the equivalent of 10-11 ounces of fresh peach...that almost 3/4 of a pound!
