Great as a snack right out of the bag, or add them directly to your favorite yogurt, oatmeal or cereal. They can also be rehydrated for use in recipes. To reconstitute add hot water to a bowl containing the freeze dried fruit, cover the bowl for 5 to 10 minutes.

We source our strawberries in partnership with the venerable Pell Family Farm in Somers, Connecticut. This has been a family run farm since 1930 and provides both early and ever bearing strawberries to Wellness Croft, Inc.
