Jericho Settlers Farm is a certified-organic family farm located in the Champlain Valley of Vermont. Founded in 2002 by Christa Alexander and Mark Fasching on ancestral homestead land, the farm now spans nearly 200 acres of open fields, pastures, and protected growing space.
They specialize in year-round vegetable production, with a strong focus on salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and root vegetables. Using innovative season-extension techniques like heated hoop houses, they’re able to provide fresh, local produce even through the colder months.
In addition to vegetables, the farm offers grass-finished beef, pasture-raised pork and chicken, and fresh eggs—raised with a deep commitment to animal welfare and regenerative farming practices.
Jericho Settlers Farm is also deeply rooted in community, participating in local food access programs, CSA shares, school partnerships, and donations to hunger relief initiatives.
