Our chicken noodle soup, made with antibiotics free chicken, is an all time family favorite. It will remind you of the soup you had when you needed extra comforting as a child. Pika's Farm Table is an artisanal kitchen located in Lake Katrine, NY, along the Hudson River. Our meals are influenced by the textures and tastes we grew up with in Belgium, and our travels and stays in Italy and France.

We want to honor the cuisine of our Belgian Mothers and Grandmothers, who made a meal out of the freshest ingredients. Remaining true to our heritage, we make everything from scratch following traditional old school cooking techniques.

Twenty years ago, we started selling quiche at our local farmers' market. We gradually expanded our offering, to include appetizers, oven dishes, aromatic soups, pot pies and condiments and authentic Belgian Sugar Waffles (the Liège Waffles) - the best you will ever taste!
