Serving suggestion: Turn this soup into a substantial oven dish by adding bacon and sausage. For the vegetarians among us, there are many tasty meat alternatives - Fry the thickly sliced meat in a skillet - put in oven dish - pour the Tuscan White Bean soup on top and make sure to fully cover the meat. Put in a 350F oven for 40 minutes. Et Voila, you have a french style cassoulet dish.

Pika's Farm Table is an artisanal kitchen located in Lake Katrine, NY, along the Hudson River. Our meals are influenced by the textures and tastes we grew up with in Belgium, and our travels and stays in Italy and France.

We want to honor the cuisine of our Belgian Mothers and Grandmothers, who made a meal out of the freshest ingredients. Remaining true to our heritage, we make everything from scratch following traditional old school cooking techniques.

Twenty years ago, we started selling quiche at our local farmers' market. We gradually expanded our offering, to include appetizers, oven dishes, aromatic soups, pot pies and condiments and authentic Belgian Sugar Waffles (the Liège Waffles) - the best you will ever taste!
