Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company has joined with New Belgium Brewing to create this addition to our popular Alehouse Cheddar Series, made with Voodoo Ranger IPA. Makes a great pairing partner to any brew, melted on a burger or the ultimate hoppy grilled cheese or mac and cheese.

Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow's milk, Voodoo Ranger IPA, salt, select cultures and enzymes
