Estabilished in 1917, Harlow Farm is one of the oldest and largest organic vegetable farms in New England. Located in Westminster, VT, the farm is run by Paul Harlow, one of the founders of Deep Root Organics, the oldest co-operative, in Vermont. The farm spans 150 acres and is particularly well-known for its lettuce, beets, carrots, and kale.
