Chana masala Indian cooking kit will make a novice cook feel like an expert chef when you transform the humble chickpea and potato into a mouthwatering aromatic chana masala meal.

Serve your chana masala/chickpeas with a hot pita, naan, steamed rice or inside a whole wheat wrap with raw onions and tomatoes. Or as a side to any meal. 

Plain yogurt as a dip can help cool off if it’s spicy.

I come from a long line of amazing home cooks. I treasure my mother’s traditional recipes and I
am passionate about cooking them and love introducing delicious home-made Indian food to

When my daughter went away to college, she missed Indian home cooking, but didn’t want to
have to buy a ton of spices only to use a spoon occasionally. So I started giving her little spice
packs and instructions for specific dishes.  Before I knew it, word spread and I had requests
from her friends and even mine. And that was the spark of a business idea.  

Indian cuisine is flexible and incredibly forgiving, even if you are completely new to it. Once you
have the right natural spices from our kits (with no added salt or preservatives), you can add
any protein or vegetable to create your favorite dishes – the recipe in the package is just the
beginning of your exploration! With the many vegetable options, you can make part of the
package as vegan for your teen kids and add a different protein for the rest of the family. We

Beyond my passion for food, I am committed to creating access to early technology education
for students with limited resources. It levels the playing field and it is my personal mission to
