Sweet Francesca is fully owned and operated by Francesca Primeggia. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Francesca uses her knowledge and skills to elevate classic and comforting desserts.
Baking has been a passion of Francesca's since before she can remember. As a kid, she never thought of baking as a career. When she turned 18 she went to college for music, and graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a B.A. in Music with a concentration in Classical Vocal Performance. After working and being in the music industry for a year, Francesca realized it wasn’t what she wanted to be doing and she enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America in 2019 and graduated in 2021.
Sweet Francesca is a culmination of Francesca's life’s long journey of being in the kitchen. It is a dream coming true.
